The Micro 100 QFG-375-062X Quick Change Face Grooving Tool is designed for generating square grooves in the face of a part. It features a polished split face for improved edge retention and chip evacuation, and a split geometry for rigidity. The tool has a 0.062" (1.57 mm) groove width, 0.100" (2.54 mm) projection, and a 0.385" (9.78 mm) minimum groove diameter. It has a 0.375" (9.5 mm) shank diameter and a 2.0" (51 mm) overall length.
