MAIMERI . M1609412

Founded by painter Gianni Maimeri and his brother Carlo in 1923, the company still follows the original principles: to produce art materials with the highest of standards and never compromise on quality. That means Maimeri sources only the purest ingredients from around the world, while putting careful thought and great attention to detail into every product. Dedicated to artistic creativity, Maimeri aims to satisfy the needs of all artists, amateur or professional, young or old. MaimeriBlu Superior Watercolor Paints are made using only three pure ingredients: natural gum Arabic, glycerine, and a single pigment. This delicate, balanced mixture ensures bright, beautiful, and long-lasting color. Natural gum Arabic provides a slight sheen, firm adhesion to your paper and even pigment distribution, while the glycerine provides a smooth finish and elasticity that prevents cracking and flaking over time. Both base materials are crystal clear and allow the finely milled pigments to dance across your page. MaimeriBlu features a broad spectrum of 90 brilliant colors, all with unique, unaltered properties. The MaimeriBlu range pushes the limits of artistic brilliance. These transparent watercolor paints are finely milled and carefully processed using artisan methods. Made with no additives or fillers and fine-tuned for optimal color purity and pigment-load, the resulting paint has a smooth laydown, unlike any other. Easily create bold, strikingly rich colors or delicate, flowing washes as this exquisite paint allows an unlimited amount of glazing and layering, even when heavily diluted. The white of the paper illuminates behind every application of MaimeriBlu. Since the beginning of the last century, Maimeri has been delivering a wide range of impeccable art supplies, perfect for every artistic need. From oil and acrylic to watercolor and gouache, Maimeri sets the standard for vibrant, exceptionally made paints.
