We tested dozens of spigots and bib-cocks for our rain barrels and this was the best we found. This solid brass spigot uses a quick activating, quarter turn ball valve with a large aperture for high water flow rates. This kit replaces the plastic gate valve spigot included with all EarthMinded products or add a second spigot to replace the bottom drain assembly. If you regularly fill watering cans, this is a must have.
