Hatco HZMH-60D Warm Red 60" Horizontal Double Shelf Heated Zone Merchandiser - 120/208V
Keep an array of wrapped food at ideal holding temperatures with the Hatco HZMH-60D warm red horizontal double shelf heated zone merchandiser. Each shelf is divided into heating zones with energy-saving Spot On technology that keeps the overhead ribbon heating elements turned off until food is placed beneath them on the shelf, triggering the elements to automatically turn on and reach ideal holding temperatures within 10 seconds. At the same time, the heated base switches from energy saving mode to set temperature levels. The unit's open front makes it perfect for self-service use
