The Berkel X13-PLUS Premier Food Slicer Manual Gravity Feed features a 1-speed, 1/2 HP motor with thermal protection, permanently lubricated with ball bearings. It has a one-piece NSF approved polymer base and product table for easy cleaning. The variable pitch barrel cam allows for precise slice adjustment to 15/16" (34 mm) thickness. A 13" (330 mm) diameter, hollow ground, hardened and polished forged stainless steel knife is included.
