The casters' frames have a smooth, high-luster finish that prevents dirt and contaminants from becoming embedded, which eases cleanup. The casters have a stronger kingpin than light-duty or medium-duty casters and can withstand heavy loads and frequent use. Swivel versions of these casters have hardened bearing raceways and double ball swivel bearings, which are quieter and allow the caster to swivel more smoothly than roller bearings.
