Regularly yarn will poke out from the edges and to prevent pulling cut these weak fibers using scissors. POLYWOOD® material is made of HDPE plastic resin that has been purified and UV protected. It is generally cared for and cleaned with soap and warm water. For certain stains and additional cleaning power, a 1/3 bleach and 2/3 water solution can be used on the product without affecting the color. Also, a popular method of cleaning is a high-pressure power wash. (Not to exceed 1,500 psi) The surface characteristics of the product may require the use of a soft bristle brush to get into the creases.

Pouring
Prevent water spots by rinsing and wiping the inside of the bowl with a clean cloth after every use. If more thorough cleaning is required, use water and a mild ammonia-free liquid soap detergent. Apply the cleaner with a soft sponge or cloth, wipe the bowl then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Dry the bowl with a soft cloth.
Printed yoga mats release a very strong but harmless odor when first unwrapped. Please unroll and air out your mat for 2-3 days before use. Spot clean with our Yoga Mat Wash or damp cloth with cold water and mild detergent. Dry flat. The mat may fade and become brittle and unusable if exposed to the sun for extended periods of time. We recommend storing your mat in a mat bag when not in use.
