Liberty CableHVM-1308 Bi-Directional CATV/DBS Video Distribution Module for up to 8 locations

Active Video RF Combiner and CATV Distribution Module (HVM-1308). This Active Video RF Combiner and CATV Distribution Module (HVM-1308) is designed for the whole house system. It combines CATV/ANT signal with two modulator inputs and then amplifies and distributes the channels to eight outputs. The Bi-directional traffic with a 5-42 MHz return path is perfect for cable modem, cable box including DTA, and interactive Cable TV. It is a compact size - can be mounted inside a cabinet chassis or placed on a shelf. The module has the two video combiner input ports and is designed to combine modulated input signals such as any composite video signal from Security Cameras, DVDs, etc. through one or two RF Modulator Digital boxes, and each RF Modulator Digital box could potentially support single, dual, triple, quad or multiple RCA/BNC composite video inputs from Security Cameras, DVDs, etc. It also has one CATV/Antenna input port. All these three input ports are combined and then distributed to 8 Bi-Directional output ports with active signal amplification gain of 3dB. Any of these output ports can be utilized to connect to Cable Modem, Cable Box, Cable DTA, TV, CATV Splitters/Amplifier (Passive or Active), etc. Typically the range of frequencies that are delivered to the homes for television signals is 54 MHz to as high as 1000 MHz (1 GHz).
