Interior latch set designs coordinate beautifully with lockset styles to enable customers to carry a specific design theme throughout the home. Each Estate lockset is packed as a complete set, and is also available by component. The single cylinder function allows you to lock and unlock your door with a key on the outside, while a turn button is used on the inside. The emergency egress function allows the door to be opened from the inside while the cylinder is locked. Solid Forged Brass: Entrance handle, escutcheon, knob, rosette and turn piece are manufactured of solid forged brass for maximum strength and durability.
