Finished with a lined pole sleeve that slides over a standard 1-1/4 in. pole with a Velcro tab sewn inside the sleeve for attaching to a pole. Trimmed with golden yellow rayon fringe on 3 sides. All our state flags are made to Official State Design Specifications.
