The Pulsafeeder Five Function Valve models are easily installed and allow simple, one-handed operation. The valve can be used with Chem-Tech Series 100 and Series 200 metering pumps, plus all Pulsatron models up to 240 GPD. Can be used with solutions with a maximum viscosity of 1000 CPS. The five function valve is packed with features that increase safety, enhance performance and generally improves the convenience of operation. The diaphragm of the valve is made of Teflon face CSPE with Teflon O-Rings and hardware made from 188 Stainless Steel. Pressure Relief Allows for relief of excessive pressure in discharge line to protect connections and tubing. Back Pressure Maintains output reproducibility and allows metering into atmospheric discharge. Anti-Siphon Prevents siphoning through the pump when point of injection is lower than the pump or into the suction line of another pump. Rated at total vacuum. Air Bleed Used during priming to manually remove air from the pump head. Discharge Drain Depressurize pump discharge line without loosening tubing or fittings.
