Isenberg 160.4511CP 3/4 Inch Volume Control & Trim in Chrome

The 160.4511- .75'' Volume control valve is a .75'' NPT female connection volume control valve with single output. Handle Operation - The handle is used to control volume of water flowing through the valve. It can be used to set the water to a trickle of flow all the way to full volume flow. As one turns the handle the volume of water flowing thru the mechanical valve increases. This valve does not provide any temperature regulation. As the valve is installed, care should be taken to maintain proper distance from the back of the valve to the surface of finished tile which should be between 2.77'' and 3.44''. Also, the valve must be installed vertical and not at an angle. In case, a tile is thicker or wall is deep, extensions are used for elongating both handles of the valve to ensure proper setting of the trim (length of extensions for TVH.4511 valve is 1.40'' inches). Extension kits comprises of thermostatic handle extension, which can be ordered separately in chrome, brushed nickel or other special finishes. Cut Out Dimensions - The cut out in wall should be 1.65'' X 1.65'' inches which is properly covered by the trim plate. This will ensure that the trim plate will cover the cut out hole in the wall. Trims - The trims comprise of well finished trim plate and volume control handle knob. The trim plate is used to cover the wall and has markings for ON/OFF for water flow.
