Kunkle Model 140 Safety Relief Valve (SRV) is designed for liquid relief through a female threaded side outlet port. These valves are used for non-code liquid service. Working well for tanks, vats or pressure vessels. This valve is set to the pressure listed in the item title. Each valve is tested and inspected for correct pressure setting and leakage. Please note that back pressure increases set pressure on a one to one basis and reduces capacity. Back pressure in excess of 10% of set pressure is not recommended.
