Lift-off style 8" funnel cake mold ring designed specially for our ribbon style funnel cake fryers only. The mold ring is important for good funnel cake operations, and the "lift-off" rings not only give you the best results, but they also make doing funnel cakes easy. You simply fill the mold, cook a bit, then lift off mold ring and let the funnel cake float free. You are then ready to pour another Funnel Cake. A specially designed platform for the ring to rest on (and with a higher clearance for the ribbon heating elements) is included and this helps eliminate any batter getting onto the heating elements.
