To take advantage of our warranty on damaged items you must send us the mount (or kit) that is damaged (damaged or worn urethane bushings must also be shipped to us with the mount to be installed.) NOTE: Shipping costs are not covered. Include a return label in the box Customer Service Contact Info: Innovative Mounts 1366 N. We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
