This Square D 9038CG36LZ20 float-operated mechanical alternator for use with water, hydraulic oils, and corrosive fluids switches between two pumps or motors within a duplex system in one closed tank. It has a NEMA 1 enclosure for protection, contacts that close on liquid rise, and Viton packing for media temperatures up to 250 degrees F. The float is positioned on the left at 90 degrees with a 5" offset. This mechanical alternator comes with no bushing. Square D switches are manufactured by Schneider Electric.
