This Square D 9038CG32N5 float-operated mechanical alternator for use with water, hydraulic oils, and corrosive fluids switches between two pumps or motors within a duplex system in one closed tank. It has a NEMA 1 enclosure for protection and contacts that close on fluid rise. The float is positioned on the left at 90 degrees with a 7" offset.
