Sudbury Elastomeric Marine Sealant is a fast-skinning (10 minutes) and fast-curing (24 hours) multi-purpose sealant that will help you seal most surfaces. Ideal for use on boats, this sealant is great for sealing ports, installing bedding hardware, and stopping leaks. The sealant's exceptional strength and adhesion properties enable it to twist, bend, expand, and compress, delivering long-lasting and effective performance. The marine sealant cures at temperatures ranging from -20°F (-28.9°C) to 120°F (48.9°C). The sealant adheres tenaciously to fiberglass, glass, plastic, metal, and wood without the use of primers. This sealant can also be wet-sanded and painted after curing. However, it is not recommended for use on wooden deck seams or in areas subject to gasoline. Designed for heavy-duty use both above and below the waterline, this waterproof sealant is resistant to teak cleaners, oil, diesel fuel, and salt water.
